She had recieved little to no socialization after being found on a lonesome dirt road. We believe she was dumped. Sandy was very fearful upon her arrival. She has came so far in just 2 weeks, but is still fearful in new situations. Her ideal home will have a fenced yard and another dog to show her the ropes. She adores other dogs! She is playful, and gives sweet kisses once she warms up to you! She has so much potential to become a loyal companion. Sandy is working on leash training with a harness and doing well. She ... lnteresting Australian Shepherd Trivia Low-Cost South Carolina Spay & Neuter Clinics
Australian Shepherds are not Australian; they were developed in the United States for herding livestock on American ranches. Some Australian Shepherds are prized for their beautiful merle coloring, but the gene that causes this coloring also results in deafness or blindness.
