Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament

Meet Pooh! He is a 3-4 year old Australian Shepherd with medium energy. He loves spending time with his people and just wants to make them happy. He is a good running and hiking buddy, but can relax indoors too. Loves to play with squeaky toys and excellent with other dogs. He has been tested around dogs of different ages, sizes, and temperaments and takes their cues to play or back off. If the dog wants to play he will happily join in on the fun! Pooh knows how to heel, sit, down, stay, shake and 'other paw'. His walking skills are very good and while out on a walk he is calm and doesn't bark at other dogs or people 2017 was a rough year ... (Read More)for Pooh, but I keep telling him 2018 will be different. He didn't have a lot of stability and was passed around and got stranger danger. He can be very afraid of some people at first and for others you would never know that he has any fear. His new owners need to be patient and willing to help him make introductions to new people at his own pace. He has come a long way and has learned to trust people more. He has never been in a home with children so we don't recommend it for his new home. He takes praise and motivation easily and is a fun dog to train with. He is very social with other dogs and would love to have an energetic playmate. If you think that Pooh would be a fit for your family please fill out an application at http://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application His adoption fee will be $325 (Less)

Australian Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

***ADOPTION PENDING*** Mylo is a super sweet, cuddly puppy around 14 weeks old. We are honestly not real sure of his breed, but gave our best guess. We expect him to be a medium size kid when full grown. He is a wonderful pup and SO super smart! Milo would love a home with a yard to run and play, humans that will spoil him rotten and hold him while giving his sweet face kisses. It doesn't take much to please a wonderful pup like Mylo.

Australian Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good w/ Other Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Somewhat Dominant

Sydney is the cutest little gal. She was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. Could barely walk and was in the worst neglectful state. She is fully vetted, house broken and crate trained. She is heart worm negative and on all preventatives. She has been diagnosed with spinal stenosis which is a non painful mobility disease. Because of her condition, she bunny hops when she walks because her nerves simply aren't getting the correct signals. We did laser therapy for several weeks and it did seem to loosen her up somewhat. She loves attention and is so sweet. Will roll on her back for belly rubs. Her face is so expressive and she loves ... (Read More)older kids. She is good on a leash, handles all vet visits like a champ. She has been fine with every large breed senior dog she's been tested with. dogs. She is best off with dogs her size or larger, and preferably older, senior dogs that ignore her, or as the only pet in the home. She's a rescue favorite deserving of her own quiet loving home. (Less)
