Rescue Me ID: 15-01-21-00345Hershey (male)

Australian Shepherd Mix    Age: Puppy

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Hershey is still a baby, about 1 -1 1/2 years old. He is gentle with adults and children, plus he's good with other dogs and cats too. There are two cats in his foster home. The cats are not afraid of him, and he will walk right by them, maybe try to give them a kiss or two, and that's it. Hershey is very smart and eager to please. He has already learned important commands such as SIT, STAY, COME, NO, DOWN and LEAVE IT plus he's learned how to GIVE PAW. He is crate trained and does not cry while his foster mom is gone. He's also house broken although because it's so icy outside, he does tend to potty right on the driveway, so we're ... (Read More)working on getting him over to the lawn. He does like to go for walks and is doing well learning how to walk properly on a leash. He is not food aggressive at all, meaning he does not beg and calmly eats his food. But, Hershey is very thin so we are working on putting some weight on him. This very sweet, well behaved boy will cuddle with you on the couch or in bed if you let him. He also likes to give kisses but will stop if you ask him to. Could he be the next addition to your family? age: 1.5 years (Less)

Animal ID: 0112Cricket (male)

Australian Shepherd Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Fosters Bio:Cricket is 70 lbs and a real sweet boy! When Cricket came to me he was a bit timid and shy from all the change. Almost overnight he became an exuberant, happy dog! He LOVES to go outside and in the car but is calm otherwise. Might not be suitable around toddlers since he does jump up when excited (we're working on this). He likes my husband! He seems to be a smart dog and pays attention to everything. He's settling in great and I'm sure he will be a great addition to any family. Crate trained, house broken link to application:
