|Rescue Me ID: 17-07-31-00219Betsey (female)|
Hi, my name Betsey. My family moved and left me behind so I am looking for a furever home. I am approximately 7 months old and weigh about 45 lbs. I am a bit shy at first, but once I know you I love to give kisses and cuddles. I also do great with other dogs and kids. I am working on potty training and leash training as I had never been on walks before my new foster mom. Can you please give me a new home? I currently live in a foster home in Texas, but transport will be included in the adoption fee and arranged by Rescue Road Trip if you choose to adopt!

|Rescue Me ID: 17-07-15-00409Ellie (female)|
Ellie is an 8 month old Shepard mix who was rescued from the local animal shelter (ACS). She is a super sweet, playful puppy. Although she is shy at first, she is learning to trust. She immediately loves other dogs and has been around cats and young children with no difficulties. Ellie may have some neurological issues as she walks awkwardly at times with some weakness in her hind legs. This doesn't stop her from any activities. She loves to run in the backyard and easily keeps up with the other dogs in the home. Ellie is a real sweetheart who needs lots of love and patience as she adjusts to her forever home. Ellie currently lives in a foster home in Texas, but transport will be included in the adoption fee and arranged by Rescue Road Trip if you choose to adopt! (Less)

Australian Shepherd Dogs can make good pets in Connecticut if they match your IifestyIe. The Australian Shepherd, or Aussie, is a playful breed that provides excellent companionship to active children. Aussies are smart, trainable, protective, and eager to please. Australian Shepherds are gentle with humans and aggressive when herding farm animals. Aussies are active even when indoors and do best with plenty of exercise in a large yard.
